RULES

The Sezione A.R.I. di MESTRE (VE) has issued this award available to all licenced radioamateurs and shortwave listeners for contacts/heards with stations belonging to the ARI Mestre Branch (cod. 30-04) and to the Venice's province (VE).

Each log entry must include date, utc, RS(T), mode, locator for VHF and above QSO, and station heard for SWL.

Fee is 5,00 €. Send your request signed by two licenced radio amateurs to: A.R.I. Mestre, Award Manager, P. O. Box 3101, I-30171, MESTRE C. VE, Italy.

Do not send your cards but the award manager reserves the right to request any QSL card.

Validity: January 1, 1995.

The award is issued in 3 classes:

Classe A) HF: 1.8, 3.5, 7, 10, 14, 18, 21, 24, 28 MHz

Classe B) VHF and above.

Classe C) SATELLITE: any mode.

BASIC AWARD RULES

Classe A) HF AWARD MODES: CW, SSB, MIXED, RTTY.

REQUIREMENTS:

I STNS..........30 QSO/HRD (QRP STATIONS 20 QSO/HRD)

EU STNS......20 QSO/HRD (QRP STATIONS 15 QSO/HRD)

OTHERS.........15 QSO/HRD (QRP STATIONS 7 QSO/HRD)

The Branch station IQ3ME count for 3 QSO/HRD

Same station may be worked/heard only once per award request.

Classe B) VHF AND ABOVE AWARD MODES: CW, SSB, MIXED, EME

REQUIREMENTS:

30 poits on VHF

10 points on 432, 1296, 2300 MHz

5 points on 5.7 - 10 GHz and up.

1 point for EME contact

SCORING:

1 point per QSO up to 100 km

2 points from 101 to 400 km

3 points beyond 400 km

Same station may be worked/heard only once per award request and only from the same locator.

The Branch station IQ3ME count double points.

QSOs via repeater and radio-link are not allowed for the award.

Classe C)

REQUIREMENTS:

same as Classe A
